   We ship across Indonesia. International shipping is available upon request.

• PROCESSING TIME

  Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders on weekends/holidays are processed next business day.

• DELIVERY TIME

  Estimated delivery:

1. Sumatera: 1–3 business days

2. Java & Bali: 2–5 business days

3. Other regions: 3–7 business days

4. International: 7–14 business days

• SHIPPING & HANDLING

  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use trusted couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Pos Indonesia, and instant courier for Medan). Products are securely packaged to meet safety standards. Tracking details will be provided after shipment.

• ISSUES & CONTACT

  We are not responsible for delays due to couriers, weather, or incorrect address. Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours with photos and order details.
