REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. SCOPE
   Applies to all ITNANO Store products, including nanomaterials and research materials.

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS
   Accepted if products are incorrect, damaged in shipping, defective, or due to our error. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

3. NON-RETURNABLE
   No returns for opened, used, improperly stored, custom items, or customer order mistakes.

4. PROCESS & APPROVAL
   Contact us with order details, photos, and issue description. Approved returns must be in original condition. Shipping covered by ITNANO only if it’s our fault.

5. REFUND, CANCELLATION Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection. Orders can only be canceled before processing/shipping.
