Test Results:
SEM: CuO particles exhibit a spherical shape with a diameter of 59 ± 16 nm.
XRD: Diffraction peaks indicate crystalline CuO consistent with JCPDS No. 48-1548, with a crystallite size of 12 nm calculated using the Scherrer equation.
CV and GCD: Specific capacitance testing of CuO nanoparticles shows a value of 155 F/g at 1 A/g in a 3 M H₂SO₄ electrolyte using a three-electrode system.
Based on electrochemical testing of CuO coated on Ni foam using a three-electrode system in a 1 M KOH electrolyte, a specific capacitance value of 271.66 F/g at 1 A/g was obtained, indicating that ITNANO CuO is suitable for supercapacitor and battery applications.
Applications:
CuO nanopowder can be used as an antibacterial/antimicrobial agent, therapeutic agent, coating material, photocatalyst, anode material for batteries and supercapacitors, sensors, and other applications.
