TEST RESULTS

1. XRD: The diffraction peaks indicate crystalline SiO₂ in accordance with JCPDS No. 29-0085, with a crystallite size of 8.6 nm calculated using the Scherrer equation.

2. Based on electrochemical testing of SiO₂ coated on Ni foam using a three-electrode system in 1 M KOH electrolyte, a specific capacitance value of 193.68 F/g at 1 A/g was obtained, indicating that ITNANO SiO₂ is suitable for supercapacitor and battery applications.

   
   

APPLICATIONS

SiO₂ nanoparticles can be used as additive materials in cosmetics, coatings, photocatalysts, supercapacitors, batteries, sensors, and other applications.
