TEST RESULTS:

1. SEM analysis shows PANI particle sizes ranging from 60 to 820 nm.

2. XRD analysis shows diffraction peaks confirming the formation of emeraldine salt from PANI in accordance with JCPDS No. 72-0634.

3. Electrochemical testing of PANI coated on stainless steel mesh in a 3-electrode system with 1M KOH electrolyte shows a specific capacitance of 295.21 F/g @ 1 A/g, indicating ITNANO PANI is suitable for supercapacitor and battery applications.
