SEM: NiO particles exhibit a spherical shape with a diameter of 38 ± 11 nm.
XRD: Diffraction peaks indicate crystalline NiO consistent with JCPDS No. 78-0643, with a crystallite size of 4 nm calculated using the Debye–Scherrer equation.
CV and GCD: Specific capacitance testing of NiO nanoparticles shows a value of 175 F/g at 1 A/g in a 3 M H₂SO₄ electrolyte using a three-electrode system.
Applications:
NiO nanoparticles can be used as anode materials for batteries and supercapacitors, solar cells, photocatalysts, semiconductors, gas sensors, electrochromic devices, drug delivery systems, bioimaging, and other applications.
