UV-Vis: ITNANO GO powder shows a characteristic peak at a wavelength of 230 nm.
Raman: ITNANO GO powder (Id/Ig = 0.94) produced by NRE Lab is nearly comparable to imported commercial GO (Id/Ig = 0.97 – USD 140/gram).
BET: GO powder has a surface area of 110 m²/g.
