Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) is a material with excellent thermal and chemical stability, high electrical insulation, and good thermal conductivity. h-BN is commonly used as a thermal filler for polymers, an ultra-thin dielectric material, and as a protective coating against corrosion and oxidation.
